Most of our orders for log furniture are custom fit to our customer's needs. Usually a phone call or email between us will get things going. Don't be afraid to use your imagination. Be as wild or as mellow as you want. We consider it a challenge to satisfy our customer's tastes & needs - as any woodcrafter should.

Work on all orders will commence immediately upon agreement of product between you and us, with a deposit of 50% down. We will call when it is ready to be shipped to arrange for final payment and so you will know time of arrival. Tracking numbers are always provided.

Our 2-Step Payment Plan

1st Payment: 50% of total price at time of order.
2nd Payment: Remaining balance due before shipping.

Note: As all of our pieces are custom made to order, we will not ship until full payment is received. We will be glad to email pictures of finished items upon request.

Custom log beds, rustic dressers and large pieces are shipped by motor freight and Traditional log beds, Flintstone log beds and most accessories are shipped by UPS and all items include FREE SHIPPING to the lower 48 states; Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, extra charges may apply.

RETURN POLICY

All of our custom furniture and traditional beds may be returned for full refund if not completely satisfied. Items must be returned freight prepaid (buyer responsibility) and returned in good condition for a full refund of purchase price.
